About the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager, Renewal Sales to lead our Americas West renewal sales team based in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will oversee a team of renewal specialists and collaborate with your Americas East counterpart, as well as Renewal Sales Managers in APAC and EMEA, to develop effective sales tactics and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed renewal targets.

You will:

  • Lead and coach the renewal sales team fostering development of working practices
  • Manage the renewal process to maximize revenue growth and achieve revenue goals
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless renewal process
  • Monitor and analyze renewal metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
  • Forecast, manage, and report on renewal pipeline to achieve quarterly targets
  • Manage the team including talent development and recruitment of new resources
  • Participate in challenging renewal cases and carry out negotiations with customers face-to-face and online
  • Support the team in contracting and licensing matters following the company guidance

About You:

  • 5+ years of Renewals Management or Account Management experience in a high-growth software company
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Independent and confident work style
  • Proficient in Salesforce and other Renewal Sales tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of software development process and technology industry in general is a plus.
