About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our Business Strategy Team. In this pivotal role, you will manage and execute various cross-functional programs within our global sales organization, working closely with global sales leadership. Your responsibilities will include overseeing quarterly initiatives related to forecasting, pipeline reviews, and day-to-day follow-up, as well as leading yearly programs such as sales initiatives, change management, and parts of yearly planning. Additionally, you will organize key events like sales kick-offs and create comprehensive business cases from initial planning and calculations through to implementation.

This role is based in Espoo, Finland.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Quarterly Initiatives: Oversee and participate in quarterly initiatives related to forecasting, pipeline reviews, and daily follow-up activities.
  • Lead Annual Programs: Manage & Own yearly cross-functional programs, including various sales initiatives and change management efforts.
  • Yearly Planning: Take ownership of specific aspects of yearly planning, collaborating closely with the planning team and other stakeholders.
  • Organize Global Events: Plan and execute global events such as sales kick-offs, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful outcomes.
  • Develop Business Cases: Create comprehensive business cases from inception to implementation, including financial calculations and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with Global Sales Leadership and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
  • Foster Teamwork: Manage projects independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration.

About you

  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales organization, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies. Experience leading projects is essential.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and a strong aptitude for working with numbers.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a changing environment and able to adjust to change effectively.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently while working closely with a team.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English.
