About the Job:

As a Renewals Specialist, you will be responsible for your book of renewal business in your assigned territory. You will utilize CRM tools to coordinate renewal activities that result in early and on-time bookings. The role requires close collaboration directly with customers and as well as Account Managers. You will also build strong relationships with Customer Success peers to retain and expand our customer base. Managing a positive customer experience is a critical component of this role with a focus on retention and growth.

You will:

    • Manage renewal contracts within an assigned territory to ensure early and on-time bookings.
    • Collaborate closely with customers, Account Managers, and Customer Success peers.
    • Conduct customer conversations to understand budgets, stakeholders, requirements, and approval processes.
    • Handle the quote-to-close process for renewals 120 to 90 days in advance.
    • Defend against competitive pressures and identify expansion/cross-sell opportunities.
    • Partner with Customer Success to assess customer health and drive adoption.
    • Own contract processes, including co-terming, upselling, and multi-year options.
    • Provide regular updates on renewal statuses and escalate customer requests as needed.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Partners, Legal, Finance) to address complex customer requests.
    • Meet or exceed annual and quarterly revenue goals.

    About You:

    • 3+ years of Renewals experience in a high-growth software company
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Independent and confident work style.
    • Proficient in Salesforce and other Customer Success tools.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
