About the Job:

We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join our team!
You will:
- Work with the deals assigned to the Sales team
- Make and provide the product presentation for the customers
- Develop and perform demonstrations of Qt Group products
- Provide the technical training and the customer specific trials at the workshop
- Provide quick, accurate support to customers during their evaluation/PoC process
- Coordinate closely with internal other teams to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth
- Alert the sales team to potential risks of deal closure
- Perform Technical Discovery to uncover the needs of prospects and recommends solutions that optimize value from our product offerings
- Partner with assigned Account Managers to develop strategy
- Meet customers to find the business opportunities and understand their requirements
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/ technology or equivalent related experience
- Technical knowledge and understanding of the software development
- Solid understanding and experience with C++ and preferably other object oriented languages
- Excellent presentation, demonstration and facilitation skills in leading meetings, trials and projects
- Experience with creation, customization and delivery presentations
- Very good business understanding and interest in sales
- Business-level English skill as well as Native-level of Japanese

About You:
- コンピュータ・サイエンス／テクノロジーの学士号、または同等の経験
- ソフトウェア開発に関する技術的知識と理解
- C++、可能であれば他のオブジェクト指向言語に関する理解と経験
- 会議、トライアル、プロジェクトをリードする優れたプレゼンテーション、デモンストレーション、ファシリテーションスキル
- プレゼンテーションの作成、カスタマイズ、実施した経験
- ビジネスへの理解と営業への関心が非常に高いこと
- ビジネスレベルの英語、ネイティブレベルの日本語
