We are looking for an experienced Ecosystem Technical Lead to work with technology partners to align roadmaps, define technical requirements and features, and manage joint programs to deliver the best out-of-box experience for developers and to identify opportunities to maximize value for both Qt Group and our ecosystem partners.
The location for this role is Espoo or Oulu in Finland.
What you will do
- Manage technical relationships with ecosystem partners including semiconductor vendors, board vendors, OS vendors, and cloud service providers in alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Align with partners on technical collaboration models; negotiate roles & responsibilities to deliver on joint value propositions; act as project manager on technical collaborations.
- Work together with our partners to create world-class developer workflows that maximize productivity and result in faster time-to-market.
- Collaborate with partners to define demo concepts that maximize the potential of any given platform and partnership.
- Deliver partner feedback as well as insights on technology trends to product management, helping prioritize platform support and ecosystem engagements.
- Participate in events and present Qt products, solutions, and concepts in webinars, conferences, meetups, etc.
- Manage internal stakeholders including R&D, IT, marketing, and sales to ensure the success of ecosystem collaborations.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management or similar roles in the embedded software industry
- Strong knowledge of chipsets, GPUs, hardware platforms, BSPs, and software development
- Hands-on experience with Yocto Linux as well as Android, Linux distributions, and real-time operating systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficient/native-level English)
- Willingness to travel
