As the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager at Qt Group, you will be pivotal in driving sales effectiveness and empowering our sales teams to achieve their goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance sales productivity, improve win rates, and accelerate revenue growth.

We are looking for a seasoned professional who has leveraged clear business results through sales enablement initiatives.  

You will belong to the Sales Excellence unit, where you will work with colleagues from Sales Operations and Sales Analytics. We are a team of 17, with team members working in EMEA, APAC and America. The Sales Enablement team currently has three members, but you will also have an extended team of experts to support you on various strategic initiatives within Sales Excellence. Our current Sales Enablement Lead is moving into a new role but will be there to onboard you and ensure you can hit the ground running.

You Will:

Sales Enablement:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales enablement strategies and frameworks aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Design and deliver effective sales training programs, workshops, and coaching initiatives to equip sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed.
  • Create and maintain a repository of sales resources, including sales collateral, presentations, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to develop compelling sales messaging and positioning.
  • Establish relationships with service providers to support with executing enablement initiatives across geographies.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the sales process.
  • Implement sales methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales enablement initiatives.

Sales Team Development:

  • Coach and mentor sales teams to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization.

Sales Tools and Technology:

  • Evaluate and implement sales enablement tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure effective utilization of CRM and other sales tools.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a sales enablement role within a technology company.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement frameworks, sales methodologies, best practices, and coaching techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with software development or technology sales.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
