Senior People & Culture Specialist
You will:
- Implements global and regional people processes, tools and measures locally and within the country.
- Handles the entire operational people processes including pre-onboarding, onboarding, orientation, offboarding, payroll, etc.
- Maintain Sympa system for new hires and existing employees to ensure accuracy
- Provides expertise on local labor law and solutions, supporting business with employee relation issues
- Supports training and development programs
- Drives HR priorities to ensure the local organization has the right capabilities and positive culture to deliver business goals
- Builds strong relationships and collaborates with business leaders to find best solutions through HR practices
- Other ad hoc projects or tasks assigned by the manager
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Around 10 years of HR experiences including both recruitment and HRBP/HR generalist
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, innovation and collaboration skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Native in Japanese, and proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
