You will:

  • Implements global and regional people processes, tools and measures locally and within the country.
  • Handles the entire operational people processes including pre-onboarding, onboarding, orientation, offboarding, payroll, etc.
  • Maintain Sympa system for new hires and existing employees to ensure accuracy
  • Provides expertise on local labor law and solutions, supporting business with employee relation issues
  • Supports training and development programs
  • Drives HR priorities to ensure the local organization has the right capabilities and positive culture to deliver business goals
  • Builds strong relationships and collaborates with business leaders to find best solutions through HR practices
  • Other ad hoc projects or tasks assigned by the manager

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Around 10 years of HR experiences including both recruitment and HRBP/HR generalist
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, innovation and collaboration skills
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Native in Japanese, and proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
