About the Role

In this key role, you'll lead the development and implementation of our sales planning process, ensuring accurate forecasting and best practices across the Asia-Pacific region (APAC). You will work closely with Sales VP of APAC implementing global rhythm of business and sales cadence. You'll collaborate with Regional Sales Leadership, and Sales Directors to build winning sales strategies, analyze data for growth opportunities, and streamline business processes. This is an exciting new role in our APAC sales organization. You will work closely with Qt Group’s Sales Excellence team in Espoo, Finland and across other regions as well.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Implementation of global yearly sales planning cadence and business rhythm

Owner of regional sales forecasting, leading regional sales forecasting calls and ensuring that global best practices are implemented within pipeline and opportunity management across markets

Responsible of forecast accuracy practices and providing visibility of business status

Preparing analysis and decks for QBRs (quarterly business reviews) aligned with global cadence and regional business needs.

Ensuring sales management reporting (PowerBI) best practices are implemented across regions

Together with Sales Leadership, developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to increase revenue and market share

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Create and implement business management processes that are aligned with global Sales Excellence priorities

Close collaboration with Geo VP of APAC and regional sales directors

Work closely with other teams such as Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product Management

Desired Experience:

For consideration, candidates will need five (5) years’ related experience working with global software sales organization being responsible for sales planning / sales strategy / sales operations / sales excellence –related roles. University degree in Business or Engineering is a must.

Skills/Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have excellent experience and skills within a global organization, implementing standardized sales processes and best practices ranging from yearly planning, market analysis, weekly forecasting and daily data accuracy

Performance-driven and entrepreneurial, with a commercial and customer-focused mind set.

A highly energetic personality, eager to be in the front line to implement global processes and strategical initiatives. Flexible, adaptable to change and resilient in overcoming challenges.

Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication and group presentation skills;

Willingness to take on responsibility and own the results from beginning to execution

Ability to work collaboratively across functions in a multi-cultural environment.

Strong computer and analytic skills, including experience creating and delivering client presentations using MS Office programs and use of Salesforce CRM.
