About the Job
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Solutions Engineering team in Seoul. This
role will be reinforcing our Solutions Engineering team by supporting customers using our Qt
framework our customers in Korea. Your responsibilities include efficiently handling support
requests, offering technical assistance through email and virtual meetings, as well as
identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to Qt. In this role one can be at the
beginning of their career but highly motivated and have some experience in software
development from before. You should be passionate about great customer service and
always interested in making customers achieve their goals.
You will
Directly be responsible for teaming with the sales team through all aspects of the sales
cycle.
Understand technical customer requirements and find solutions together with Product
Management / R&D.
Provide strategic and senior-level product presentations, demonstrations, and trade
show support.
Follow up on prospects and accounts for functional/technical issues related to the sales
cycle and guarantee a successful customer experience.
Coordinate the technical training.
Process support requests from prospects and customers who are developers using our
Qt framework
Provide optimal Qt coding solutions for customers
Work closely with customers and help them to achieve their goals
Provide technical support via email and, in some cases, virtual meetings
Create new and translate existing technical content into Korean to support our
onboarding offering
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ technology or equivalent related experience
Technical knowledge and understanding of the development processes
Solid understanding and experience with C/C++ and preferably other object-oriented
languages
Knowledge of a low-level software stack
