We are looking for a qualified Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.
As an account manager, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
Scope of responsibility:
• Develop existing key customers, via e-mail, telephone and potentially customer meetings when gaining experience.
• Look for new key customers to develop.
• Define together with Marketing staff the necessary actions to raise Qt awareness on these markets and take responsibility for specific campaigns to increase sales in the region.
Target experience:
• Minimum 8 years’ sales related experience, with a high desire and motivation to work with Sales in the IT industry
• Preferred working experience or client resource in industrial automation industry or heavy machine industry.
• Good technical background, preferably with technical education or knowledge
• Proven track record and/or academic education on a Master level
• Target driven and result focused personality with a high focus on developing into a sales executive delivering against objectives and business development targets
Competencies:
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Ability to work independently whilst being a positive team player
