About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Manager, Renewal Sales to lead and drive our EMEA renewal sales team. As the Manager of Renewal Sales, you will oversee a team of renewal specialist, develop sales tactics and processes with other Renewal Sales Managers in APAC and Americas and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed renewal targets.
You Will
- Lead and coach the renewal sales team fostering development of working practices
- Manage the renewal process to maximize revenue growth and achieve revenue goals
- Collaborate with sales, customer success and product teams to ensure seamless renewal process
- Monitor and analyze renewal metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
- Forecast, manage, and report on renewal pipeline to achieve quarterly targets
- Manage the team including talent development and recruitment of new resources
- Participate in more challenging renewal cases and carry out negotiations with customers face-to-face and online
- Support the team in contracting and licensing matters following the company guidance
About You
- 5+ years of Renewals or Account Management experience in a high-growth software company
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Independent and confident work style
- Proficient in Salesforce and other Renewal Sales tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Native level proficiency of some other European language is advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of software development process and technology industry in general is a plus.
