market of various mobility solutions. By mobility segment we mean motorcycles,
scooters, 3-wheelers and many kinds of recreational vehicles by leveraging Qt’s
powerful cross-platform UI capabilities and ready-made solutions for mobility.
We also address industrial vehicles, like forklifts, excavators and various
kinds of other industrial vehicles. We work with leading OEMs like Ducati,
Kawasaki, TVS, Bobcat Doosan and Kyungwoo, and their supplier networks to
create outstanding driving experiences.
As Industry Segment Lead, you will act as the business owner of our Mobility business.
We are now looking for an Industry Segment Lead to help us capture the market in mobility use cases
including motorcycles, scooters, 3-wheelers and recreational vehicles, as well
as industrial vehicles. As a business owner, you will grow our mobility
business, from business strategy definition to go-to-market execution in
collaboration with our sales, marketing and product teams. You will lead our
Mobility offering and steer our product roadmaps based on customer needs,
business feedback, and the competitive landscape. We are looking for an
experienced and data-driven leader who is enthusiastic about making an impact
on the company business. Success will be measured by new logo acquisition,
existing customer growth and market visibility.

Japan,
You will
- Own Qt Group’s thought leadership in Mobility segment through
driving the creation of industry-specific content, demos and reference
implementations, keynotes, webinars, and sales collateral.
- Boost our value creation through advising our customers in
developing successful products
- Define and steer our positioning, value propositions and Ideal
Customer Profiles in motorcycles, scooters, 3-wheelers and recreational
vehicles, as well as commercial and industrial vehicles
- Define and steer our product mix and shape our product roadmaps
based on industry specific needs
- Closely collaborate with our regional account sales by guiding
target accounts definition and contributing to key sales opportunities
- Closely collaboration with our central and field marketing teams
through steering ABM, developing industry-specific messaging and building
outstanding campaigns
- Expand our ecosystem through industry associations and partnerships
About you:
- Solid experience and existing networks in
Mobility industry, preferably in two-wheelers and/or in industrial and
commercial vehicles
- Proven experience in business development
within the software industry.
- Understanding of the software development
lifecycle and testing processes.
- Exceptional communication and influencing
skills, with an ability to build relationships with partners and clients.
- Analytical mindset with experience in market
and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of
a cross-functional team, balancing multiple priorities.
- Track record of thought leadership: content
production and keynote presentations
- A proactive and innovative approach to
identifying new business opportunities
- Fluent in English (our corporate language)
- Ability and willingness to travel – global
travel is required
