Our Software Quality Solutions are used by thousands of development projects worldwide to ensure the highest code quality before deployment. These tools range from automated GUI testing to static code analysis. As a Marketing Campaign Lead, you will collaborate with our cross-functional team to drive global Software Quality Solutions field marketing activities and support sales efforts.

You will:
- Plan and execute data-driven, long-term global campaigns for Software Quality Solutions to support lead generation and achievement of sales goals
- Build awareness for the offering and brand
- Drive the implementation of tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI
- Manage the campaign budget, set campaign goals and measure results
- Leverage and explore digital marketing channels to maximize campaign reach and engagement
- Create and oversee campaign activities in own and paid media (e-mail, social media, PPC/SEM etc.)
- Build the campaign assets including all copy, design, content and audience segments with the support of your team members such as our graphic designer
- Test, learn, and optimize the campaigns
- Coordinate webinars and industry events together with the field teams
- Cooperate with external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
About you:
- Solid experience in B2B marketing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Fluent in English (our corporate language)
- Strong team player with an ability to work in diverse teams
Beneficial skills:
- Understanding of the Test Automation/Quality Assurance and software development market
- Basic Photoshop and video editing skills
- Experience in technical writing
