Business Development Specialist, Axivion
You will:
- Develop and implement smart
customer acquisition strategies to grow Axivion suite into customer base
and hunt net new logos
- Build and maintain strategic
long-term relationships with our customers to achieve organic growth and
long-term company goals
- Lead and manage the full
sales cycle from prospecting to closing (including commercial contract
negotiations)
- Plan and execute on the
strategic, operational, and tactical levels of customer engagement
- Align with business
development managers, industry leads, and regional sales leadership teams
to present a single front to help represent a single vision for our
customers
- Participate in industry
events to promote Axivion products and services
- Travel and present to
prospects and clients within assigned territory as needed. ~30% of the
time.
About You:
- You have a proven track
record in sales with a focus on new customer acquisition through cold
calling, prospecting, and consultative selling techniques.
- You possess strong technical
knowledge and can deliver initial product demonstrations to software
development teams, demonstrating our solutions' value and technical
merits.
- You have at least 5 yrs of
experience or deep knowledge of regulated industries, particularly in one
of the following: Automotive, Medical Devices, or Industrial Automation,
which enhances your understanding of customer challenges and compliance
requirements.
- You are tech-savvy, familiar
with functional safety and embedded systems, and can relate well to
technical buyers.
- Your background includes
software sales experience targeting developer teams, complemented by a
solid foundation in static code analysis tools.
- An educational background in
software engineering or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
