Job Responsibilities

· Drive Business Opportunities Research, identify, contact, engage with potential clients to generate new Axivion business opportunities, proposing customized POC based on customer’s project situation and contribute to achieving sales targets.

· Sales Enablement Cooperate with the Sales team to create and transfer the Axivion business opportunity to Sales team for deal close.

· Strategy Execution Independently manage and execute business development plans for Axivion, from initial strategy to implementation, ensuring a clear roadmap for account expansion and growth.

· Customer and Market Analysis Analyze market trends and customers’ needs to identify and develop new markets for Axivion. Provide timely reports and updates for management level business review.

· Solution Demonstration Continuously update and acquire in-depth knowledge of Axivion offerings. Tailor and deliver customized presentations, demos, and examples to showcase the value of Axivion, aligning with customers' project requirements across various industries like Automotive, Military, Industrial Automation, Medical, Consumer Electronics & etc.

· Event Ownership Plan and participate in webinars, seminars, conferences, customized workshops, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads by demonstrating the value of Axivion through specific examples, and demos.

· Product Improvement Collaboration Collaborate with Axivion product’s Product Management, R&D, and Marketing teams to convey customer feedback and develop effective strategies to communicate the benefits of Axivion to potential clients.

· Eco Partnership Development Cover various SW certification market vendors/Eco system partners to manage technical alliance partnerships. Strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners while attracting new ones.


Must Have

· Over 5 years of experience in sales or Field Application Engineering (FAE), preferably in the embedded software testing & verification or static code analysis domain for industries like automotive, industrial, medical, or Military.

· Good understanding of AUTOSAR or similar industrial SW architecture platform and SW Architecture related certification expertise most typically ASPICE SW architecture related or etc.

· Proven track record of customer-oriented sales or technical consulting.

· Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

· Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal guidance.

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

· Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings and events (~30–40% travel).

Nice to Have

· Experience with programming languages like C/C++/Python

· Experience with static code analysis tools, software quality monitoring, or software certification standards such as ISO 26262, IEC 61508, or MISRA.

· Knowledge of embedded software development and related technologies.

· Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) tools, CI/CD workflows, and DevOps practices.

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

· Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and build environments (e.g., CMake).

· Experience with Vectorcast, Polyspace, or similar tools for code analysis and quality assurance.

· Good understanding of embedded software development processes and tools.
