Hands-on experience from the Salesforce platform, administrator and configuration skills will be considered as a major in this role, you will act as the first line of support for our EMEA frontline sales teams, providing guidance in the execution of Qt’s global sales process and policies. Together with other members of the sales operations team, you will also help design and implement development initiatives to support the company’s growth. You will be reporting to the Head of Sales Operations.

You will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact within Sales Operations for EMEA frontline sales teams, supporting the teams in day-to-day activities on the Salesforce platform
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with frontline sales teams, serving as the key liaison between the sales/renewals teams and stakeholder functions
  • Perform deal reviews to monitor and ensure compliance with Qt global policies
  • Communicate and maintain Qt’s global sales policies locally to ensure right behaviours and alignment with corporate governance
  • Provide support to EMEA sales teams in ad hoc sales reporting and business analysis
  • Monitor the quality of deal and customer data in Qt’s sales systems and drive data maintenance actions as needed
  • Contribute to Sales Operations’ development work in continuous process and tools improvement

About You:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience from e.g. sales operations or sales enablement roles, or from a frontline sales role with an interest to move towards a more supporting and technical role
  • Solid business acumen and understanding of B2B sales processes as well as subscription-based business logic
  • Ability to quickly learn business processes and systems, and alternate between the big picture and process details
  • Bachelor's degree from a relevant field, e.g. business or technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in French
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions in a multi-cultural environment
