Our QA Tools are used by thousands of development projects worldwide to guarantee the best code quality before deployment. Those are comprised of various assets, from automated GUI testing to static code analysis. Furthermore, service-based solutions are within our current and upcoming portfolio.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager for the Quality Assurance product Axivion, you own the roadmap based on customer needs, business feedback, and the competitive landscape to achieve set strategic goals. You will work closely with our Commercial Product Managers to align the roadmap to our business unit strategic goals and our go-to-market initiatives. You are familiar with the industry trends and act as the voice of customers for product marketing and R&D teams. You like to get your “hands dirty” and are very familiar with our product and how our customers use it daily. You are data-driven and enthusiastic about making an impact on the company business.

Possible locations for this position are Espoo, Finland, or Hamburg, Germany.

You will

  • Own the roadmap for our Axivion product
  • Drive the execution of the product roadmap and together with R&D prioritize the development and balancing trade-offs between technical implementation and time-to-market
  • Lead product success, defining and tracking product metrics/KPIs
  • Define requirements management and collect product feedback
  • Conduct A/B testing, analytics, market research, and competitive analysis to drive product decisions
  • Serve as a thought leader and product expert internally and in customer engagements
  • Manage stakeholders on different communications: input gathering, plans, and alignment on deliverables
  • Shares knowledge proactively by holding focused webinars/trainings/workshops
  • You are driven and provide a compelling vision to our engineering teams

About You

  • Minimum 5+ years in Product management of a highly technical software product
  • Familiar with Product Management principles and frameworks
  • Technical background and ability to collaborate effectively with e.g., technical product managers and R&D teams
  • A strong experience in requirements management and how to manage product initiatives
  • Familiar with agile development and product management principles
  • Analytical working style: ability to model the business and make fact-based product decisions
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Prior experience in the software testing industry is considered a plus
  • International travel required
